RQ-8Y PLT

Designed to speed the placement and tensioning of strap around palletized products, the RQ-8Y/PLT can cut the time it takes to strap pallets in half when compared to hand tools. The RQ-8Y/PLT is recommended for applications where automated equipment is too expensive or impractical and hand tools are too slow.

The strapping process is simple and easy. Simply position the track inside the pallet void by moving the machine on the easy rolling casters, push the feed button and insert the end of the strap in the top of the RQ-8Y/PLT. The RQ-8Y/PLT feeds the strap down to the head, tensions, seals, cuts and releases the strap.

With a torque tension system, the RQ-8Y/PLT achieves the consistent high tension required to pull together columns of boxes on a pallet.

As an option, the machine can be modified to use polyester strap.

D-53

The D-53 is a unique, belt-less tabletop strapping machine. The improved tension system with an electrical control by microprocessor and a steel roller provide stable and versatile tension. It is capable of strapping fragile packages without damaging them, while very high tension can be achieved without scuffing the strap.

D-53PLT

The D-53PLT is designed to economically and quickly strap most kinds of pallets and skids using standard or heavier polypropylene strapping.Its simple operation entails pushing the track into the pallet void, pressing a button to feed the strap, and inserting the tip of the strap in the machine - and within 2 seconds your strap operation is completed.

D-53Y

The D-53Y is a side seal semi-automatic strapping machine. It can be used in extremely hostile environments where moisture and debris would damage a conventional tabletop machine. Designed for the food, lumber, brick and tile industries, the body is coated with rust resistant paint. The strap dispenser is located on top of the machine to protect the strap in the harsh environments.

The D-53M body is primarily constructed from stainless steel. The internal components are made of stainless steel or steel with a rust resistant coating. The strap dispenser is located on top of the machine to protect the strap in the wet and harsh environments.
