This durable tool is designed to staple corrugated cardboard for closing boxes. The MT-A series manual carton closers have separate adjustments for staple leg length, depth of penetration and tightness of clinch. These adjustments afford the ability to perform both through and blind clinching of box flaps. Versions of this tool are available for clinching 5/8" and 3/4" leg length staples or 3/4" and 7/8" leg length staples (crown width of 1 3/8") by making one simple adjustment. These tools are ideal for box closing applications where the tool has to be taken to the work.
